After the past few weeks, which were marked by frequent handwashing and regular use of disinfectants, I’m now focusing especially on hand care: hands need particularly intensive care right now!
I have three kamille variants to choose from.
The stand-up tubes are practical and easy to dose. When taking out the cream, it feels pleasantly soft; with the warmth of the hands, it spreads well and quickly blends into the skin. The cream has a lotion-like consistency and a wonderfully mild, spicy scent. The fragrance transfers completely to the hands, and it’s really worth taking a moment to smell it—it’s truly soothing for the whole body. The scent is very subtle, although for me it fades a bit too quickly.
The fragrance-free hand cream, on the other hand, has no scent at all. However, the care effect is very long-lasting with all three variants and really restores the softness that hands need, especially in the current season and with frequent washing. My favorite, by the way, is the classic among Herbacin hand creams—the Herbacin chamomile Original.
After applying, the cream leaves a light film for about 5 minutes until it is fully absorbed. Only the Soft version absorbs a bit faster. It provides excellent moisture for both nails and hands, so that rough areas seem to simply “cream away.” With regular use, my hands definitely become soft and smooth.
