For my sensitive and dry hands (especially with all the frequent washing and disinfecting lately), the fragrance-free hand cream is perfect. It absorbs quickly and cares for my hands really well. I also like the scent of the other creams from time to time—it’s quite pleasant. However, I’m not a big fan of the silicone-like protective layer from dimethicone; perhaps this could be replaced with another ingredient or removed altogether.
