Tip 1: Drink,Drink, Drink!

The most important rule for radiant, well-cared-for skin is to drink enough water and stay properly hydrated at all times. Make sure to drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day – you will notice the difference.

Our tip: If you find it difficult to drink enough, set an hourly reminder. At the top of each hour, drink one glass of water – this makes it easy to reach your daily hydration goals without much effort.

Tip 2: Removing Makeup Is a Must!

Even if you’re tired in the evening and just want to go to bed, thorough cleansing is essential. Leaving makeup and the residue of the day on your skin doesn’t just leave marks on your pillow. Even worse, it can clog pores and lead to blemishes.

Tip 3: Choose Natural Care!

Finding the perfect skincare product for your skin type and individual needs isn’t always easy.
