Cancellation Policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Herbacin cosmetic GmbH, Kahlenberger Straße 1, 99848 Wutha-Farnroda, Germany, Tel. +49 (0)36921 2730, Fax +49 (0)36921 27340, E-mail: p.koennecke@herbacin.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not pre-produced and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract only after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun on our part. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
