Prices, Shipping & Delivery
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.00 per order for deliveries within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Different shipping costs apply to deliveries weighing more than 14 kg and to deliveries outside of Germany.
No shipping costs are charged for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The flat shipping fee is €7.00. This flat fee includes statutory value-added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods with lower VAT rates are ordered (e.g., in the case of books). This means that the final shipping fee can only be calculated during the order process. However, it will never increase—only decrease in your favor.

We offer you the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment option that works best for you. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as value-added tax. In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs) may apply in individual cases. These must be paid by you, but not to the seller—rather to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they are shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by you in addition.
