Herbacin Tip – Don’t overdo it with exfoliation
When it comes to exfoliating, more isn’t always better—especially if you have sensitive skin. Once or twice a week is usually plenty, and ideally in the evening. Apply a small amount of exfoliant and gently massage it onto damp skin using circular motions. The duration and intensity of the massage will determine how strong the exfoliating effect is. Rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Avoid intense sunlight after exfoliating, as your skin will be more sensitive to environmental stressors.
